About us...
The CYC has been serving youth in our community for over 70 years. Bing Crosby was the guiding force behind our formation. Mr. Crosby’s work, along with the help of many community members, helped the Carmel Youth Center become what it is today. We are a safe, nurturing environment that boosts curiosity, builds confidence, and develops the life skills kids need to thrive. We continue to provide programs to meet the emerging needs of young people, reaching over 500 children every year. We remain committed to serving all members of our treasured community and are proud to say that over 41% of our participants receive scholarships. The culture of our center has a historic legacy that we work to keep alive for generations to come.
